The event is organised within the European project OVERCOME – Positive Career Guidance for Low-Skilled Adults. By developing quality educational material and a training platform, OVERCOME aims to enhance low-skilled/unemployed adults’ competencies and support their inclusion in the labour market, as well as build the skills of career counsellors and adult educators to better support low-skilled/unemployed adults.
